First, I took my time paying them for the damage they did. I figured that they were coming back to finish the job. I hired them to level a floor and paint a small bathroom. Once they were done, I had to clear the leveling compound out of the toilet flange and drain. I was still able to fully determine the prior paint color through the light/missed spots. Except were they painted the electrical switches and plugs. Unless you like redoing the work yourself or having them come back to do the job. Do not waste you time.

I have done business with this company many many times and I keep calling them to do more work. They are easy to work with, affordable, and do a decent job. They have been a tremendous help in dealing with my condo association. I will continue to do business with them.

If you value your time, and see yourself as a person who deserves respect avoid this company at all costs. They are unorganized, disrespectful and have very poor follow through. The worst part is that Lowes works with them to do tile jobs.

This is THE WORST company I've ever dealt with in Alaska. They've been reported to the Better Business Bureau multiple times. "Buyer Beware" best describes doing business with these people.

Horrible customer service. Had the displeasure of speaking with the owner, it is no wonder the attitude and service level is subpar. Will not use this company and will not recommended to my loved ones, or even my enemies infact. As the subjugation of anyone to this business would be akin to cruel and inhumane treatment.
