Scott seemed very professional when I first started hired him to renovate my garage into an ADU. His estimate was reasonable but once the project began it turned into a disaster. The project was suppose to 6 to 8 week to complete but the project took 16 weeks to complete. As soon as the project started Scott took a vacation to Europe. Scott was so hands off with the entire project. Most days he would send his workers to my house to work on the garage and at 7:30am the workers would ring my door bell and ask me what needed done next and then ask me to go get the materials that they needed to complete the tasks for that day. Scott seemed nice over the phone when setting up the appointment. I made special arrangements to take a day off work today in order to meet him at the scheduled time of 7:30 to 8:00 AM. At 8:45 his guys finally show up, not him. However, they don’t even have the windows here to install yet. They’re only here to measure, go back to the office, and then they’ll come back “later”. It was my understanding that we have an appointment to install windows this morning, not measure and wait for you to come back another day or time.
