Called this agency to clean my 3 bedroom apartment in San Jose. Their folks came bang on time, did a really good job with the cleaning and left on time too. It was a bit too expensive because they ended up sending 3 people instead of 2, and ended up charging me for 6 hours of work instead of 4, but I think it was worth it. Will definitely call them again.

I booked 2 hours of cleaning services and a male as well as a female cleaner came. Both were advised not to either not wear shoes or put on booties in my house as we are shoe-free household. However, the male ignores the request several times and took off his booties during the service multiple times. He not only wore shoes in my bathroom, he wore shoes in my bathtub! The female cleaner was decent but the male cleaner was slow and it took him 50 minutes to clean one small bathroom. He even broke the little one's potty trainer without informing or admitting to me. I only found out after the he left! Would not recommend this service at all!

We've been using Housekeep for our home regularly for several months now and their team has consistently done a fantastic job, often going above and beyond. Great value price-wise compared to many others quoted for our place. Professional, on time, good communication, and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

Stay away. I booked 4 hours of cleaning and got none. The cleaner didn't show up. Money lost. Granted I gave them a wrong address and incomplete phone number but emailed them within 23 minutes with the phone number and address. No one called. No one showed up. I even went outside immediately to look for them and nothing. I reached back out to reschedule and was told I lost my booking dollars for the reschedule because cleaner came and waited for 20 minutes. Appointment was at 5 pm. They email me 37 minutes later. I waited for your cleaner and got my apartment ready for them. Do I get compensated for that? Keep your money and stay away.

The crew is great! They do a wonderful job. They also accept feedback appropriately and when there is a little issue, it is fixed.
