We couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen cabinets and appliances. The Housley Team delivered top-notch craftsmanship and great customer service from start to finish. The attention to detail and quality of materials exceeded our expectations. Our kitchen looks stunning, and everything functions exactly as I wanted. The installers were very respectful and very funny. Highly recommend!

We used Housley for a complete kitchen demo and all new appliances. I am type A and always have lots of questions; Housley was very responsive when I had questions/concerns. I also have two daughters at home and constantly monitor contractors when they are on-site at my home. The Housley staff were all so polite, and I felt comfortable with my girls running around the house with workers. We used all Miele and Viking appliances, which have proved to be excellent purchases. Renovations are always challenging, but I appreciated Housley setting realistic expectations and transparency for the process. I can't wait to get started on our terrace level!!

Bad experience. The designer was late to the appointment. After discussing what we wanted, she said she would get back to us. We never heard back. We tried to follow up for any update and we kept getting excuses that she was busy, on vacation or just not available. After two months, we just gave up and decided to go elsewhere.

Ordered my Miele washer and dryer from them, product is amazing and very helpful people. They had it in stock so they scheduled a delivery for the next business day but there were some delays in their delivery, they were able to deliver it two days after the original planned date. Except for the delays in delivery everything was great.

I liked that I was able to be on top of the project at all times. I had peace of mind knowing the Housley team was helping me chose the best/most functional design with the limited space I had available. They were clear about costs and kept our meetings straight and to the point. I would go back and choose Housley again simply because I value knowing I’m working with a company that cares as much about the project as I do.
