We paid nearly $300 to have our key replaced with a new key fob, and within just a week and a half, the entire key assembly system became completely loose. For that price, we expected quality workmanship and durability — not a failure almost immediately after the repair. When we contacted the office to address the issue, we were met with dismissive and rude behavior instead of any willingness to stand behind their work. There was no accountability, no attempt to inspect the problem, and no effort to offer a solution. Customers should not have to fight to have defective work corrected, especially after paying a premium price. Unfortunately, our experience showed a serious lack of professionalism and business integrity. I would strongly caution others before choosing this company.

Dan was great. We recently purchased a used Santa Fe that came with only 1 key. He was able to program a backup key for us in our driveway. Very professional and kind. He did a great job and pricing was far less than a dealership. Would recommend him to anyone needing locksmith services.
