Had a fabulous experience with Telmart. I admittedly had no idea what to look for when setting up the IT framework for my new medical practice, and John Carter was kind, thorough, helpful, and very responsive. He and his team went above and beyond to help me at a very reasonable price! I 100% recommend them!!

Cannot say enough good things about John Carter and the rest of the Telmart team. They were able to find my company the exact services needed for a great price. They are knowledgeable and personable and had a great turnaround time for our needs. Telmart is definitely top notch!

5 stars are not enough for these guys. I received Double Diamond World Class service from Telmart. I cannot really put into words how pleasurable it was to work with them on our new phone system. Ed and Chris truly know their craft and can get things done. I never felt alone during this because I knew if I reached out to them, I would get a speedy and accurate response. John, you and your team really gave me a “Great Experience” as we went through this. They really know how to make a customer feel special, Thank you….

I just wanted to take time out of my day to send special kudos to the wonderful service team that installed all my new phone services and lines inside the hotel just recently. The names of the 2 men specifically were Richard Trujillo, and Joseph Morales. They brought a level of knowledge, professionalism, and courtesy that we haven't experienced at this hotel for a long time. Usually the service techs are in and out, as well not as proficient and thorough with the follow thru, these guys were a cut above the rest. I am hoping they come back out to install the remaining service, because I have confidence it will be done in a neat and professional manner regardless. You have 2 awesome guys on your service team, please keep up the hard work and please let them know how much of a wonderful job

Whether the last reviewer was having a bad day or Telmart has gone under new management since two years ago, my experience with this company has been nothing short of fantastic. Telmart services the phone system at my company and for an IT company, their customer service goes above and beyond most companies I deal with. They respond quickly to emails, follow-up without badgering for updates, and their technicians are efficient, polite and most importantly, patient. They get a job done right the first time and will be back the next day if you need anything else. It is a relief to know that someone in the IT industry in Houston cares about its customers.
