I had the pleasure of picking up an online order from this store. When my purchase arrived, Jeff called to coordinate pick up. I arrived at the store on the designated day, I found it easy to locate as well as there being plenty of parking available. Once inside the store, everyone was very helpful. I met with Jeff who was just a personable and pleasant in person as he was over the phone. He made the process simple, painless, and explained the process thoroughly. I chatted with he and the gentleman he shares office space with before leaving and yet another A+ experience. Jeff set the proper expectation regarding receiving my purchase which ended up being available much sooner than expected. One of the worst shopping experience Ive had. Went to buy JUST a few screws and got greeted by PURE negative attitude. The inexperienced service rep didnt even care to grab the sample I tried hand over to compare. Kept pointing and telling me to find the thread myself. When I tried to hand over the screw again, since he is "supposed" to be the expert, he refuse again. Even after I had already located the right size. Furthermore, he had no clue that they had copper screws, which I had previously purchsed at the same ACE store. Insane. Walk back to the cash register and ask for the manager. Mr Clark came over and I ask him to help me with my purchase, but he was more interested in finding out what happened or transpired between me and his inadequate and untrained salesrep. They sure don't like military. Went to pay for items at register, cashier tried to call parts dept to no avail for 10% discount, although they were 4 employees at counter. Cashier got smart with me. "I LEFT" !!

Be careful when you bring an equipment to be repaired have the serial and model number saved because they would do anything to not fix the equipment under the warranty they did that to me saying that it has a different engine which is not true because I only bought my equipment to them to be fix
