Being unfamiliar with this new house and having received a notice from the county I needed to have a septic check and current certificate I asked my neighbor for a recommendation and he said he's always used Howdys Doody over the years. I called them and set up an appointment. The gentleman showed up at the appropriate time and date, helped me locate the septic, he cleared away the debris and accomplished the task in several hours. I was very pleased with the professional service and they have now become my 'go to' for all things septic and plumbing.

Had my tank pumped. The crew communicated well to let me know when they would be arriving. Upon arrival, they identified an issue with the system. They informed me of the problem and got a technician crew scheduled for the next day. The crew came next day and quickly identified the issue. I was given the price before the repair and was made. The technician informed me that the old pump was actually over-sized for the system. He found a less expensive model and verified it would work for our system, saving us around $1000. Both crews were very courteous and good humored. They took great care to clean up a y messes. Highly recommend!

Howdy Doody took over our port-a-potty cleanout from Gunstone Septic when owner Dick retired. Upon calling Howdy, Hector showed up within 1/2 hour and pumped out the port-a-potty and thoroughly clean the interior. A great job. Howdy Duty also has an electronic monthly invoice system that is very convenient.

Very professional and thorough. We were so pleased with how easy and quick it was to get our problem resolve. The tech was prompt and courteous and the pricing was accurate and fair. We'll use Howdy Doody from now on.
