Warning: Extremely unprofessional service. Avoid this company. I had service scheduled for my refrigerator and washer and was given a standard four-hour arrival window. After receiving a very unprofessional robocall that honestly sounded like a scam, I called in and spoke with a representative who assured me I would receive a call before the technician arrived. I explained that I would be leaving work to meet them, and they confirmed this would not be an issue. On the day of service, at 2:52 PM, I received another robocall stating the technician would arrive in five minutes, not the customary 20–30 minute notice that reputable service companies provide. We were having issues with our freezer and ice maker, and while a bump was hit along the way, the tech Cliff and the mgmt team at Howie Voight were great to work with to get everything fixed and all the billing sorted out.

We bought a dishwasher from Van Vreede's and they use Howie Voight to install. Besides all the issues we had during the buying process I was assured by one of the owners at Van Vreede's that they knew what they were doing on install. Apparently not, they left and the dishwasher doesn't work. An hour after install I go to my basement to find a puddle on the floor so they broke something during install. Their stance on things is that we have a plumbing issue even though we had a stud tear down kitchen remodel 2 years ago. Never again. Don't let these appliance places touch your plumbing! Buy the dishwasher and hire a reputable plumber instead.

Very poor customer service. The woman answering phones at Howe Voight is rude and the technician had extremely poor communication. Zero communication actually. They went to our property didn't do an appropriate assessment and then left without giving us a phone call. We had waited several weeks for this appointment. Would not recommend.

Absolutely WONDERFUL service. Brittany has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She has given us updates and really reassured me that the service team will help! We had the pleasure of meeting Justin as well. He is awesome. Very respectful of our home and found the issue right away. Both wonderful people. I highly recommend Howie Voigt’s!!
