Hector and his crew did a steam boiler system for me converted from oil to gas after the old furnace went. And to say the least they did a botched job. Ever since working with him; the steam boiler bangs with water hammers constantly so strong you can hear it outside of my home. I called him about it and he gave me poor excuse that “the pipes are old”. We didn’t have this issue before he did the gas conversion. And to top it off they didn’t properly seal a gas line. I wouldn’t recommend as I’m still having to call other companies to try to fix the mess they left me with. And it wasn’t a cheap job!!!

I called Hector and he send a tech within few hours. The tech found out there was a different issue taking place with the furnace. Hector came the next day and took care of it. Everything is working perfectly. The price was very reasonable. He’s a busy man for sure but very down to earth personality. Great customer service! Tk you!

Worse experience with a contractor in my life. Paid $11,509 for a heating and cooling system NOONE has ever heard on so I’ll never be able to get someone else work on it. Took 2 years to close out my permit because he just didn’t!!! He left a whole into my house from the old propane tank covered it with my trim. I thought it was a piece of wood to hold up the old propane unit in the house. We ended up with a birds nest in the house from it. He was suppose to do a FULL conversion including our stove never did we found out 6 months later when we had out propane tank removed and it went from half full to empty. Left a piece of the wire hanging out the house… it was nothing less than a MESS. Blames everything on his son but really it’s him. NEVER AGAIN.

Received an $11,000 quote for a Navien NCB-E combi-boiler. I told Hector over the phone I wanted an oil to gas conversion done and I needed a quote for a steam boiler. Even though he was polite and professional, he tried to sell me something I didn’t need in my home. Prior to meeting with him, I’ve received several other quotes ranging from $6-9,000 for steam boilers. Now here’s what made me come and write this review. I researched Navien and they have over a dozen complaints on BBB!! I did not find any positive reviews when looking them up, all complaints! Beware.

Hand R Heating responded promptly to my call for help and Hector was able to resolve the problem with the natural gas boiler of my heating system. Now we have heat again. Thank you H and R Heating Service
