Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience with this HVAC contractor. From the start, communication was a major issue. He was consistently unresponsive, leaving me and my family in the dark about the project status. What was supposed to be a quick job dragged on for what felt like forever, with little explanation or updates. Throughout the process, I felt like there was a lack of trust on his end, despite us being incredibly patient and trusting him to complete the job. Sadly, the project took far longer than promised, causing unnecessary stress for my family. I would not recommend this contractor if you're looking for reliability, timely work, or good communication.
