HRI- Hardwood Refinishers & Installations

My wife and I hired Joe to refinish and repair the pine floors in our 100+ year old home. He did an outstanding job not only on the floors, but he brought our baseboard, door framing, and window framing (oak) back to its original beauty. The value of the house has increased significantly more than what he charged. And every time I texted or called he responded immediately. We can’t say enough about how great the house looks.

I hired Joe to refinish the floors in my house. He was AMAZING to work with. He stayed in contact with me through the whole process and made sure I was fine with everything he did. The floors look awesome, definitely recommend him!

This is the second time my wife and I have used HRI- Hardwood Refinishers & Installations. Working with Joe is great!!! Hopefully I'll need some more work done so we can enjoy each others company : )... Joe finished my steps going down to the basement this time. He tore out the old carpet, installed matching hardwood that he previously put down in my bedroom and upper stairwell, hand staining each individual oak tread to "randomly" match the Acacia wood on the landing and risers and they came out just beautifully!!! He even did some great tile work to transition my new hardwood into my existing tile floors in the kitchen. Joe is truly a craftsman! I highly recommend having Joe and his team come out to work in your home!!! Thanks for all your help Joe, and I will definitely be calling

We have used HRI in the past to refinish our floors. Had a recent water issue and decided to have the flooring replaced. Contacted HRI again to get this completed. Joe (owner) was very responsive to our needs, was always available by phone if there were any questions and is eager to do a great job. There were two of his employees on our job the vast majority of the time named "AJ" and "Shorty". These two guys are extremely hard workers, very personable, never complain and at times we had to tell them to stop for the day as they were working 10-12 hour days to complete our floors and needed a break. Working with Joe has been great! I hired HRI over a year ago to install wood floors in my bedrooms to match the rest of the house. They also refinished the original flooring in the living area. I am very pleased with the end product! A few months ago, I noticed an issue with the installed floor and reached back out to Joe. He came to take a look and is fixing the issue with the floors! As a new homeowner, I appreciated hiring someone who would follow through for a former client.
