My heat exchanger went out on my furnace and Bailey came to give me a consultation and was very helpful in explaining what was wrong. He showed me the flames that were going backwards. He helped me understand the situation. He gave me an estimate for replacing the furnace and looked into if there was a warranty on the heat exchanger. Bailey is very friendly and helpful. Jeremy, the owner personally called me a few days later to follow up and check on my experience and if there's anything else they could do to help me. I had a very good experience and highly recommend!

It takes an exceptional business to get a review from me. So I must say. We've had our heating and air system since our home was built in 1998. We recently had an issue with our furnace and called a competitor to come out and repair it. Unfortunately they were unable to do the repair and wanted us to install a new system. That didn't sit well with me so I called H&S to help us out. Not only did they have the part on hand but was able to get me going that night. I know my system was outdated but that didn't matter to them, we were up and running. Since then we have purchased a new system through H&S that was a third cheaper than what we were quoted from there competitor for a platinum system. Install was a breeze and very professional. I was having issues with my furnace not heating to the set temperature. I still had heat, but not as warm as I like it. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to come out the same day. The owner Jason, did the service call. He said I definitely needed the service done and actually showed me what/where the problem was. He was able to fix it and get my heat back up to where I like it. I am now on their schedule for a yearly tune-up. I would definitely recommend this company if you need any heating issues fixed. They are very prompt and also very friendly. They have gained us as regular customers now. When we upgraded our old farmhouse and put on an addition 15 years ago, H&S came out and totally revamped our heating/cooling system. We also heat with a wood boiler and they helped us make that work with the furnace. Over the years, whenever we need assistance it is so easy to put in a call and get support from H&S. Their techs are always kind and willing to explain what's going on to me. I love our furnace (Ruud) and have had very few issues. The last time we did hit a snag, Jeremy himself came out and remembered everything about our project- pretty amazing! It's nice to work with a local team who does such a great job. Thank you.

What wonderful service! I have worked with H & S a few times now and they always do a great job. Arrive in a timely manner, are very organized and clear with a plan. Jeremy was at my house within 2 hours of my phone call!
