Took 6 months to get a mooring. Chased Harry and Amanda around the entire time while they installed my mooring in the wrong place. The poor communication and lack of comprehension was unfathomable. After the mooring was I installed, I emailed H.S. Plaut that day to ask if there was any required paperwork for my town, in which they replied no. The following weekend my mooring was tagged by the town as being non-permitted. By far the worst company I have worked with in any venture of my life. I could write a 5 page single spaced essay on the entire experience and everything that went wrong.
