John is actually my neighbor and I know him personally, really good guy and also very professional. I had an emergency situation with a leaking shower and he came immediately and fixed it. The parts were out of stock but they still handled everything. I have had bad experiences with plumbers in NY before, with high costs and poor work, but this was completely different. They were punctual, fixed the drain, shower head and faucet all at once. I felt comfortable and safe, they were very pleasant and reasonably priced.

We’ve used them a couple times now for our retail store. It’s amazing what people will flush down a toilet… but they are fast and thorough at solving these types of problems. Would recommend! :)

They were available last minute when I was in a crunch, arrived on time (actually early!) and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They were friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. A bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it. I don’t mind paying more for quality. Highly recommend!
