If you work for a roadside company like AAA or Elite avoid this garage at all costs their assistance button does not work and you have to pay to get out just for doing your job

1) Paid to park so I could charge my EV. Charging station was in a sketchy corner with no lighting (unsafe) and the station didn’t even work. When I went back to my car an abandoned car was blocking my parking spot and had to wait for people next to me to move to get out. 2) Waited for a broken gate system for over 45 min. We paid our ticket and then the garage attendants wouldn’t let us out. The garage was full for 3 floors and they still would not let cars out - even after everyone confirming they paid with their receipts. After asking what would happen in an emergency the attendants were clueless and said there was no way to manually open the gates. Not a single attendant apologized once and rudely talked back to everyone inquiring about the situation. Overall garage is unsafe with ine

Avoid at all costs. EV Chargers are buried in the basement where you can't get a signal to get Chargepoint to unlock the charger. Very dim lighting and RESERVED tags are tiny and in dark red (barely visible). Aggressive towing and when they tow you your $7 parking all of sudden becomes $25 (no explanation). $180 for the tow and Shamrock could care less if they damage your car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. PARK ANYWHERE ELSE. Every once in a while you have to go to the Short North to remind yourself why you never go to the Short North.

$65 for a lost ticket and then no one would answer the phone and attendant refused to help us. Terrible garage and service.
