I have no idea if this company has high-quality supplies. I only know the one time I walked into this establishment, the customer service was the worst. These people treated me like I was invisible.There was no greeting. No one asked if I needed help as I walked around the store, trying to figure out where things were on my own. The staff didn’t say cat, dog or nothing. They can keep those bad vibes. The online AI’s are much friendlier. I rated them with one star only because I couldn’t rate any lower.

Visited this establishment to purchase a standard Delta single arm kitchen faucet "O-Ring" kit. Which I know is available in every hardware store in Sumter SC. what the disgruntled employee didn't know is that I have lived in Sumter SC for the past 24 years, know just about everybody and will be sharing the pathetic rudeness behavior received. Now this was not from the first young employee I spoke with, he at least looked at the images of my faucet and said he was not sure unless I knew the model... it was the second older person at the left end of the counter who simply said, we don't stock Delta o-ring kits on many models leaving me with no resolve, not even a suggestion giving hope. Competitive pricing and extraordinary customer service. They do all they can for you while so many places do the least to get by.

Pricing is not competitive. 30% higher than competitors. Unwilling to price match or provide explanation. Did not seem to care if they had our business. Will not return or recommend this business.
