Scammers! Avoid this place at all costs! This parking experience in New York City was a complete scam! I booked and paid for a full-day parking spot as instructed on the website. Upon arrival, I parked my car and received a receipt. However, when I returned to retrieve my vehicle, they demanded an extra $40 on top of what I had already paid. It was outrageous! Luis spent half an hour scrutinizing my receipt, searching for any excuse to squeeze more money out of me, and blatantly asked for an additional $40. I've requested for the refund, will update my feedback upon receipt.
Great parking spot near the 9/11 memorial.

Picked up my car at night and the following morning noticed curb/scratch damage on both rear rims, nearly brand new car that's normally garage parked. Gonna be $300-$400 to repair. Take photos before you let them park it! Beware.
