Terrible extremely unprofessional service. Scheduled in advance for today at 3pm. She showed up 30 minutes early unannounced while I was on a business call. I was renting a split house guest section of a Woodstock house for an Airbnb for three months and wanted a fresh cleaning. She knowcks on the owners side who is elderly she doesn’t know what she is there for. Then she calls me still 20 minutes before our appointment asking what color is my house I tell her the color she said she was just there and an elderly lady answered and didn’t know who she was and I then explain (also very surprised at how early she was being it’s a weekday and 30 minutes early is very unprofessional for something like this and I was in the middle of work and was expecting her at 3pm.) Vera was amazing to work with from the start. She was able to squeeze us in on short notice for a one-time clean, but she worked such wonders on our home that we're having her come back on a regular basis. The whole house sparkled and smelled so good that I can't go back to my own half-baked cleaning! She's professional, hard working, and an absolute delightful person. Even our cats loved her!

Hire Vera! You will not be sorry. She is extremely professional and does a wonderful job. I had hired Vera to deep clean my home. She did a wonderful job, and had the place looking brand new in one afternoon! Vera's cleaning is as close to immaculate as i could hope for. She never cuts corners and pays attention to every little detail. More importantly, for me, is her 100% trustworthiness. I never have to worry about anything being misplaced, broken or otherwise! Her prices are reasonable and affordable.
