These people came highly recommended, so of course they had to disappoint. In chronological order of things they did to deserve this rating. They showed up towards the end of their scheduled appointment time which not really enough to ding them for, but a hint of things to come. They took an extended lunch break. My property was not properly packed which resulted in damage in the truck. My boxes were not delivered to the correct rooms which most of the boxes had the room to deliver to written on at least 2 sides in large font. To resolve my property damage issue I contact who I assume to be the owner. I was told to see about getting it repaired, and they would make it right.
