Promptly returned my call. Came at agreed upon time to provide free estimate. I got three quotes for the work, Huff's (and another company) were equal at the lowest price for the work scope. Once I gave him the "go ahead," Shawn coordinated his schedule with me, and arrived at my home w supplies at the agreed upon time. His team completed the agreed upon work scope in my basement, put covers on floors/furniture, and cleaned up after the work was completed. Would certainly use again.
