Hughes Exterminators

We have used Hughes since we have moved back here 8 years ago. They are a wonderful company, very responsive if we have a problem. Our tech David is great, as well as the other techs we have had. The office staff is very friendly and great to communicate with.

BEWARE Hughes charged me $95 for one treatment. I called and was told I had one more treatment before my yearly contract was up and after they came out they charged me $95. I called and let them know I didn't owe the money and they proceeded to send me bills more than once a month. I finally paid. I consider this elder abuse, taking advantage of a person over 60. They knew I was canceling my service with them and scheduled a treatment to charge me anyway. Shameful

Always calls ahead. Very professional with exceptional customer service. Highly recommend! We’ve used them for years.

Bryan is very thorough. He takes good care of our property. I like that he calls to remind me about scheduling my appointment and lets me know when he will be in my area. I get emails but sometimes I forget to call.

Came on time, did a clean, comprehensive job and left the property in great shape. I would definitely use them again.
