Hughes Supply Plumbing - Lakeside

We went all around town looking for a simple, but hard to find part. These guys were fantastic. Hughes didn't have the part either, but they actually took the time to find us an alternate solution. The gentleman we spoke to was super helpful, despite the fact that it was not going to be a big sale. To me, that speaks volumes. When you are good to folks just for the sake of being good, you're good people, in my book.

When I went there they wanted to sell me something I wanted to avoid. Amazon had the adapter I wanted.

Customer service is top notch and prices are very competitive. The gentleman that helped me was amazing. He spent a lot time helping me troubleshoot and solve a problem that other plumbers were unable to fix.

Extremely unsatisfied with our experience. Purchased approximately $5000 of plumbing supplies. We had a problem with a bath tub. Chris (manager) dismissed our concerns when first approached. Finally sent their repairman whom diagnosed it as a defective tub and he refused to acknowledge his diagnosis and honor a defective tub. We are locals and also business owners. If we ran our business as Chris does we would be in trouble. We will be looking for a new supplier for our plumbing supplies and going to small clains court for our damaged rub.

Great customer service! My husband and I were walked around the whole store by the owner so we could pick out all of our plumbing fixtures. Great farmhouse sink options too.
