Can't even begin to say how AMAZING the Pinetop Service Master Crew is!! Great communication, very prompt, excellent work! See the mess they dealt with below (and that's only part of it!) 2+ months of drying out. I called at 4:30 on a Sunday afternoon and they were there by 7:30 that evening. Stayed till 1:30 am then back again the next day and every day/other day for those 2+ months. Moved everything out to the 2 storage pods they supplied, packed things up we couldn't get to, contacted us if there was a question to keep or discard items. Took pictures of EVERYTHING for insurance purposes and have kept in touch with us during the process. I have been so blessed to be able to have these wonderful folks from Pinetop-Lakeside in my corner after a massive water leak. They have help every step of the way. When I had no clue what to do, Angela helped answer questions and concerns that had me feeling so overwhelmed. They worked hand in hand with my insurance company to reach the best outcome for me. Never once did I have to wonder what was happening or what the next steps might be. I can not thank them enough for all that they did. I can not overstate how kind and compassionate they have been. They billed my insurance directly and managed everything on that end, which made the process stress-free. Their service was fast, friendly, and professional. I highly recommend them for any water damage issues.
