Erica Somers takes extra care of her customers. I called her to order me a new sprayer for my kitchen sink after 10 years. To my surprise she tells me it’s under warranty and I have a new one the next week. Erica also helped me remodel three bathrooms and she was always a text away if I needed a measurement or color. She gets it done and is very caring and professional.

This is the first reno we have done using Hughes and it went without a hitch. All the right fixtures readily available and delivered on time. Prices were very competitive and design input was right on. Erica Somers was a real asset.

Erica Somers was extremely professional, super friendly and very helpful. When I was looking for my facets for my bathroom remodel, she took what I said I liked and disliked and put three facet options on the sink/vanity in the store. They were all great but let me see how big the differences were. I am so happy about my purchases. Wonderful experience!

Erica Salazar was a great help in finding and obtaining replacement parts for our Delta shower fixture. It was a pleasure doing business with someone that truly had her customer’s best interest at heart. Very courteous and professional.
