As great as this store is they should have millions of great 5 stars reviews. y'all know y'all should be leaving more Great reviews my people. Everyone who comes here should leave a 5 star review. They know they everything when it comes to plumbing and they can actually help you. There aren't known just for a busy store but should be know for great customer service. Selecting plumbing supplies is as pleasant for me as visiting the gynecologist! I detest trying to pick out anything. My priority is function over aesthetics. I worked with Karen..over the phone, who was PROMPT in sending several designs with my budget and function needs in mind. She listened, offered suggestions and alternatives and laughed with me through the selection process. I highly recommend Hughes and Karen when building or remodeling.

Went in and specifically asked for slow closing toliet seats. When the builder got the toliet seats they weren't slow closing seats. When i attempted to exchange them for the correct seats they wouldn't take them back. I would suggest going somewhere else.

Crappy place to deliver to . 1 forklift and just ignore the truckload driver for the 2 pallet day cab 😡 repeatedly

Thought I needed something i didn't need after all due to my lack of plumbing knowledge. Helpful guy showed me how things worked and sent me on my way with no money spent.
