We contacted Hugo's TV Repair via email and I followed up with a phone call, the woman who answered the phone was polite and knowledgeable, she explained their process with dent removal and was very kind. They made communication easy and were helpful, I will keep them bookmarked for future help!

Hugo and his team was very professional, clear, and prompt. LG OLED was fried and came by, trouble shot the problem, and fixed it in a timely manner. Best part was that he and his team were great with our kids and a pleasure to have in our home. Highly recommend.

Have an LG that started dying on me and as an authorized LG repair company I called them up right away. Their price for the main board was as I expected. Hugo was very competent, nice and works quickly. I definitely recommend for any TV repair.

This company did a wonderful repair on my plasma TV. They came to my house and took it to their shop. We thought it was the main board, but it turned out to be a driver so the repair was quicker and less expensive. The two men Who picked up and delivered were knowledgeable and very respectful. Will definitely use them in the future

Recently I purchased a Hisense TV from BestBuy that was majorly defective out of the box. The outer screen was undamaged as was obvious with the TV turned off. But when the TV was turned on, there were vertical bands of light visible as well as a crack towards the top. It was obvious, even to a lay person, that the panel inside the TV was defective. Hisense told me they would be using Hugo to service the TV and that he was instructed to destroy the TV if he determined it was a panel problem and I would then be receiving a new TV. However, if Hugo determined there was damage to the screen, the warranty would be voided, and I’d be out of luck. The TV was off when Hugo arrived, and he turned it on and immediately said it’s a damaged screen, so Hisense won’t pay. He then said BestBuy damaged
