Huie's Chimney Sweep

My other people I had an appointment to come clean my chimney ended up being late and scammers. I needed someone very last minute before the winter storm because I have a 3 month old and wanted to make sure he stayed warm! Mr. Womble was booked but heard my baby in the background of my phone call and made a way in his tight schedule to come help. He did fantastic to top it off!! Highly recommend - such a kind man!

We are in need of some chimney clean up so we contacted Huie’s. The representative came to our house, examined the fireplace, made recommendations and lastly promised to come back the following week. That was weeks ago. We have left messages with them but I believe we have been ghosted. I am hoping that the gentleman is ok, but I also wish he would contact us with status.

Mr. Womble went above and beyond any other chimney cleaner we've had. We have a wood stove and he was so thorough! He not only cleaned the chimney, he noticed air entry points in the stove and sealed those up and added insulation. He also showed me some ways to get better air flow. I will use him every year now.

Knowledgeable, kind, and most a good man. On time, worked quickly and cleanly. We hadn't used our fireplace in years, really dirty. Mr. Womble gave us great service and suggestions.

Mr. Womble is a class act. I spoke with him on the phone 4 days ago and set up an appointment to have our chimney swept today. He was punctual, worked quickly, and did an outstanding job on a chimney that had been out of commission for a few years prior. Upon initial inspection he informed me that the chimney was never fully cleaned before transitioning from a wood stove to gas logs. He not only cleaned the chimney, but also took me through the process of maintaining my logs and preparing them for use this winter. I cannot recommend Mr. Womble's services enough.
