I’m fully aware of the damage that pests—especially termites—can cause, and I’ve always made it a point to take preventative measures to avoid them. However, despite my efforts, the day finally came when I discovered termites in my home. Hulett used to be the best pest control around. Had amazing customer service. Definitely not feeling their love any longer. Techs constantly changing, and the product doesn’t seem to work near as well. A machine leaves messages regarding service instead of being able to speak to or voice concerns directly to the tech. Will probably consider a different pest control when I move.

We had Evan Ferrol did our free check pest control inspection done in our house. He was punctual, very courteous and checked on every point of our house, even in the attic for termites! Very professional guy, we like his honesty. We definitely will recommend their services! 😊👍

When I called Hulett on Friday, 3/21/25, I spoke with Nicki who was polite, professional and proactive. She arranged for Dan, a seasoned Account Manager, to come that day for my free inspection. Not only did Dan immediately identify our pest issue (dry wood termites), but he also was very personable while completing our service agreement. He told me that Evan, the service technician, would come on 3/24/25 between 8-9 am. Evan contacted me this morning right on time and gave me his estimated time of arrival and informed me he had Emanuel, a trainee that would be accompanying him.
