Yes, Human Touch chairs are expensive. But if you suffer from lower back issues, they are a godsend. With the addition of some monitor and keyboard arms from ErgoMart, I now have an "office" chair I can work all day in without pain.

I love my massage chair. Second one I’ve owned. Much improved and am looking forward to many years of use. It’s become my chiropractor for the most part. Have scoliosis and this chair makes each day possible. I had an issue with the chair and Human Touch immediately sent out the needed replacement part. Hoping for many years of service

I love my super novo message chair. It has had issues twice and Human Touch immediately took care of the issue I had under warranty with no hesitation. The first time they replaced the entire chair and the second time they have already ordered the parts to repair chair and will set up appointment with home tech repair. If you use your chair on a frequent basis one wants to have a company which backs their chair up.

I do not work for the company but rather a customer. I purchased the human touch whole body 7.1 last year with the 3 year warranty. After the first 8 months of very light use the stretch function stopped working. A quick message to support and they quickly went through troubleshooting steps. First I was sent a new remote, didn't fix the issue, then the sent a whole new mechanism. I opted to install it myself and now the chair works again. Support was very helpful and quickly resolved my issue. I applaud customer service team for addressing my issue.
