I had an excellent experience with Hume's Heat & Air! The team was professional, on time, and incredibly knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my system and had everything up and running in no time. It’s hard to find reliable and honest service these days, but these guys delivered. Highly recommend them for any heating and air needs!

20+ year old furnace wore out, naturally during the most inopportune time of the year. Tech returned call the same day, came out the next day and discussed my options, finally deciding to go ahead with new installation on the agreed upon date. This date then had to be pushed back by a day as the equipment they received was damaged or otherwise inadequate, but I was notified of this development which really goes a long way in any business. The crew showed up that next day and had the house warm within 2-3 hours. I'm just now leaving a review because I finally switched on the air conditioning, and it works so everything must've been reattached correctly and I'm really just so grateful for their service and everything working as intended.

They were very quick to respond. Very fast getting our air conditioning system installed. Just took 24 hours from the first phone call. Well done. We are very satisfied.

Returned call quickly. Came out next day. Part ordered. Installed. Everything took 3 days from call to part installed. Very quick!

Me and my husband had this company come out put brand new heating and air unit in 4 months ago and now we’re in winter and no heat we have called Shawn out to are house NOW 4 times and still don’t have no heat and was told to call another heating and air company he didn’t no what to do mind you we done paid this man a 8,000$ in a check so now will be contacting the Arkansas department labor and licensing state inspectors on Monday morning and contacting are lawyer over the matter I would NOT SUGGEST ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY FIND SOMEONE THAT WILL DO YOUR WORK RIGHT
