My experience with “ theft by deception “ began this year when we started building a handicap accessible addition. Jason met with us and our contractor, agreed to the work needed, took half the money up front and never came back. Shame on you for taking our money and the trust we had in you! In response to your last post, sounds like a plan! I gave you $4,800.00 and paid your excavation fee of $200.00 and you had Barton’s of Walnut ridge send about $300.00 worth of blocks to the job site. All the workers have been waiting sine May 4th your start date to get started on their part. Don’t you dare blame the rain!

This man is a scam artist. He came to our home and met with us and the general contractor to discuss what we wanted. We agreed upon a price and when he came the next day he asked for half the bid as a materials draw. In good faith, we gave him a check. He left that day and never came back. That’s $4,800.00 and 10 weeks over schedule for us. Disgusting!
