One of their cars rear-ended me because the driver was distracted by his phone, and they have many complaints about this. They should hire more responsible drivers. I'm going to file a claim with their insurance company.

Employee truck cutting through traffic on the highway and giving people the finger. Will never use this company if they allow their employees to act this way. SXM-9739

Initially came out and did what we called them for, we were told from an associate within the company one cost , and then the cost increased by hundreds . The communication after we disputed the cost stopped as if there was no need for an explanation and said bill needs to be paid. Ended up having another electric company come out that was up front and honest and took care of all of our electrical. Definitely no follow up on quotes and billing corrections . Lots of miscommunication internally with this company. No one wants to take accountability for mistakes anymore and this company is no exception. There are better companies out there, stay away from this one. Btw , bill has been paid. That wasn’t the problem, the overbilling with no explanation was .
