Replaced main water line. These guys did an amazing job. They were there on time when they said they would be. The entire crew worked together and got the job done fast. I will be calling them again if I ever need work done. Absolutely 5 stars

I have called them about 6 times for my dad cause he has been having water issues. The 6 times has been in a 3 month period. The lady that answers the phone was supposed to tell the people that work there my number so they can give me a call. Never received a call any of the 6 times. If they was busy ok fine, just call me back and tell me a date that they can come and check it out. But nothing.

Over the past few months I've called Humphreys & Sons Plumbing to take care of plumbing issues with our rental units and they have always been very prompt, not leaving us to wait for days to get to us. No job is too big or too small. They have put in new water lines and fixed leaking toilets. It is really great to have plumbers I can count on who are dependable, and take pride in doing their jobs well. I highly recommend them.

I was super anxious about a broken main. Humphreys and Sons were recommended by a couple of reliable people. After I called their office, several men showed up. As we walked around my property, they thoroughly addressed ALL my concerns. They convinced, a very, anxious me, that they knew exactly how to proceed. A few days later they all arrived. They all worked hard and non-stop in the VA July heat, meanwhile answering every single one of my non-stop questions. The job was finished in a day. I recommend them without a single reservation!
