They're pure trash to deal with, we've got a LG dryer we got in January that needs repairs. Keisers has a contract with LG and won't honor our warranty to come work on it. These ppl are straight up unprofessional lazy amateurs. Don't do business with these clowns. I hope this helps ppl so they don't have to deal with their crap either. Now we're without a dryer bc lazy ppl won't honor a warranty. COMPLETE BS!!! Plus they're trash human beings.

For appliance repair, Keiser can't be beat. I imagine that's why people from as far away as Pulaski and Charlottesville call on them when they have an appliance issue! Rob came out this morning to fix a clogged drain in the defrost area of our freezer. He knew immediately what the problem was, and how to fix it. These people know their business. So professional. They're now in my speed dial, just in case!
