The original person who took my call and issued the work order had promised a certain fee - and that is not what we paid once services were rendered. They said they'd waive the service fee due to the special that was going. I specifically asked about any additional fees since we do not live in Ada. Unfortunately we were charged more than what was quoted over the phone. I am thankful though, it was reasonable, the service was quick and Technician was great! He was friendly and knowledgeable.
