I called to have them come out, I explained what was going on and they said to contact the city first to make sure that it wasn’t a problem on their end so that I wasn’t charged for them to come out. Sure enough it was an issue caused by a line repair. Thank you so much Wilcox plumbing for being so honest, helpful and saving us some money! Will definitely use them in the future!

Put in a claim with my home warranty and the next day they called and within an hour they were here! Within two hours I had a brand new hot water tank installed and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The guys were quick and very polite. I’d definitely choose them again for my plumbing needs!

I would like to say this company is amazing!! From the office taking calls and answering questions and being amazing to the men who came out to do the work. They were all professional and did their job in a timly manner and also very respectful. They did A+ work. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing needs and recommend to anyone. Way to go!!
