They opened a small, fireproof lock box for me on the spot. And they did so cheerfully and professionally. The box held my passport and some other valuables so I was glad to spend a few dollars to get them back. Great local service, and one of the few brick and mortar locksmiths left. Shop small!

Hunterdon Lock will help show you why it is better in the long run to install a quality lock and hardware once and be done, where as the "Big Box Stores and Web Stores" seem to specialize in products which are destined for the landfill after a very short service life and entice the uninformed with low initial price. Check he is there, as he may go out during "open" hours for emergency calls. I was able to get two different keys to Ebikes from him. He took the time to find the right key. The Ebike companies do not sell spares, yet you need the "key" to use the bike. I brought the Ebike locks with me to the store to ensure they work.
