While Shad seems knowledgeable and quick about completing his work, he did not communicate the pricing before performing the service. I was shocked at how expensive the prices he was charging. During our conversation, I communicated this to a variety of excuses, such as it was a Sunday, my competitors don't perform the same quality, etc. He even stated that I agreed to the pricing but again the service had already been completed without my sign off, so what choice did I have. There should have been communication prior to the service being performed and agreed upon terms, not after the fact. I was definitely overcharged and would not recommend this business.

Shad, always comes through when we need him and is honest when it comes to figuring out the best options. When it came time to get our A/C unit replaced, he was able to get us a brand new unit within days. He did exactly what he said he would do. We can't recommend him highly enough!
