I started with Mr. Hurd in 2000 right around the time he was getting his business started and I have been a loyal customer for going on 20 years. I've always showed nothing but courtesy to Mr. Hurd and his men. They always do a good job and I appreciate it. Just recently (July 20), I called him because the yard had not been mowed in about 3 weeks. He went off on me on the phone and he has it in his mind that I had done something to cause him a problem a few weeks ago although this was entirely false. It was actually something one of his workers had taken upon himself to do. So unbeknownst to me, 3 weeks ago Mr. Hurd suddenly decided he wasn't going to do my yard work any more.
