Hurn Lumber

I'd rather go here than the "big box stores". Larry, the owner, is always very helpful.

They are not very friendly/ helpful. I walked up and down the store looking for something and not once was asked if I needed help finding something

Called for some 12 inch furnace ventilation hose informed me they had it & would lay it out for me went down there Called & informed them I was handicapped :( I was out front in handicapped van the nice lady brought it out loaded it & was so nice wow what a great experience this was Thank you for treating me the way you did :)) Steve Postlewait I will be back !!

This is a great place to buy lumber. I have found that 97% of the lumber I get is of excellent quality. If you want cheap twisted crooked lumber then go to Menards. Personally I don’t have time or patience to sort through it to find a few straight boards. Just go to Hurn’s!

Its a really really nice place I didn't expect it to be so nice, especially in the area it's in with the buildings all around it falling in and being vacant. It's cleaner and nicer than any Menards, Home Depot, or Lowe's that I've ever been in. The people could have been more helpful they were busy talking and joking with each other which left us to find stuff on our own there are only questions.
