Husky Home is by far the best HVAC services and installer I have ever worked with. Pat and Stacey are great. They are very communicative and very responsive every time I call. I’ve had Pat service my AC and hydroponic boiler systems and recently had him install 3 mini-split systems in my basement over the last two years. He takes great pride in his work. He is very patient with all of my questions regarding service and installation options and has never tried to upsell unnecessary items for any of my systems. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Husky Home Services.

I recently had my air serviced by Husky home services and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Pat installed my entire unit about a year and half ago and he did such a wonderful job. After having some construction work, we recently had a minor issue with our air. Although it was not under warranty, he still helped us solve the problem free of charge. Pat is very professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Stacy, who helped me with scheduling is also very kind and very quick in response. My home warranty company paired me with Husky Home Services as I was looking to get my HVAC system repaired or replaced this summer. Not only did they reach out directly and expedited their service due to the 90+ degree heat wave, but they communicated to my home warranty company on my behalf to get things moving quicker. They were very responsive and communicative throughout the whole entire process. They offered me options to fix or replace my HVAC with accurate estimates, and when I chose to replace it, they kept to their word to fix it the next few days and gave me directions on how to get a payout for some of the work from my home warranty, something my home warranty company didn’t even disclose with me. My A/C went up on the hottest day of the year so far and I called Husky upon hearing glowing recommendations about their honesty and professionalism from two of my friends. Pat was out of town at the time but came out the same day he arrived back in Maryland. Even though he could not get to me until rather late in the evening, he did not charge extra for an "after hours" service. He explained exactly what the problem was and got the job done at a very fair price. Will definitely be using Husky for all my A/C and HVAC needs going forward.
