I did not end up making a purchase here but that decision was not based on my experience. The entire staff was very nice and extremely helpful. Chelsey went above and beyond to answer my questions, the prices offered were fair and competitive. The only reason I didn’t purchase here is I went in an entirely different direction. If I am ever in the market for John Deere Hutson of West Branch will be my first stop.

I came in at lunch time and only one salesman was present, and he was with a customer. However, he took a quick break to give me a brochure and price list. Great guy, and I ended up buying a John Deer zero turn from him that day.

Chelsey helped me and my husband purchase a tractor remotely and she a great help! She was responsive, provided lots of info, and easy to communicate with. She also helped us coordinate the shipping of our tractor. Five stars for Chelsey!
