Kris was wonderful. He’s done repairs for us and is professional , courteous, personable on time and talented in what he does. Made sure the NEW replacement heating element in the lower part of the oven preheated properly and was spot on temperature wise. You can see the old element that was literally broken in pieces that needed replacing…..Bosch oven is 10 yrs old and actually didn’t get used more than 2-3 times a week at best. Thank You Sears… I’ve been a client of your SERVICE for 20 + years and will continue to be!!!

Eric D was awesome! Super respectful knowledgeable. The repair company its self is absolutely horrific hot garbage. Almost impossible to get ahold of a real person. Took 2 months the get my washer fixed. Had multiple reschedules and really was unsure if a person was even gonna show up or not. Took days off work because someone had to be home. Then each day the time would get pushed back later and later to no show at all. Took 6 days off of work to be home for repair and finally 1 show. Had nothing but problems with both GE washer and dryer. Both have been serviced multiple times and each time has been like pulling teeth. Super thankful Eric made it out after a long 2 months wait. Glad a person actually called and showed up. Hope I never have to go through this company again. And would rat

I was quoted a price of $1200 dollars for parts to fix my washer thst only cost $800 new! I declined and paid my service call fee. When I received my invoice days later it was a completely different price! I have tried all day to contact a real person at your company and only get an AI robot who is no help. I will never use this service again.

My husband said he was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to explain the dishwasher’s issues.
