It was one of the hottest summer days, and of course that’s when my AC decided to stop working. The house heated up so quickly, and I was really worried we’d have to wait days for a repair. Thankfully, Rafik the technician showed up the same day I called. He was very professional, friendly, and took the time to walk me through exactly what was wrong with my system. I appreciated that he explained everything in simple terms so I understood what needed to be done. What impressed me most was that he had the right parts and tools with him, so he was able to fix the problem right then and there — no waiting around for days. After a solid 24 years of use. American cooling replaced in the heat of summer a new efficent compressor for 2nd floor. Then in the cooler weeks the heating on my ground level died. Rafik performed once again. With a through explanation I knew I was making an informed decision on a new heat pump system. I've called a variety of HVAC service providers to see if someone could come out on short notice to check out my furnace. They were the only one who said they had a technician available. They responded immediately and scheduled someone for the next day. Technician was prompt, courteous, efficient and extremely helpful. He did great job on time, very professionally. What's more, they gave me awesome discount. I’m sure I will return to when I need service in the future!
