Here to rave about Matthew!! I’d been dealing with different techs trying to figure out my system, and no one could really get it right. Then I spoke to Matthew at HVAC Specialist, and everything changed. Matthew really cares about his work, and it shows. He’s extremely knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was just easy to talk to. No pressure, no confusion just honest, solid service. His team fixed the issue quickly and professionally. Reliable, responsive, and they truly know what they’re doing. Definitely my go-to from now on. Very well deserved review. We could not be happier with our experience with HVAC Specialist! We needed the heat/AC in our martial arts studio entirely redone. Chris and his team were extremely professional and knowledgable about the installation. The work was completed quickly, with excellent communication throughout. Would definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this HVAC company. I feel completely taken advantage of during a time when my family had no heat in the middle of winter. The part they replaced is something that is readily available and not rare or specialty, yet I was charged THREE times its normal cost. On top of that, they billed me $233 per hour for labor. Knowing that my heat wasn’t working and that I had no choice but to fix it immediately, they clearly used the situation to overcharge me. This experience felt predatory and unethical. When a customer has no heat during freezing temperatures, the expectation is fair and honest service — not price gouging. I would strongly caution others to get multiple quotes before using this company. I will not be using them again.

I contacted HVAC Specialists during an emergency after being without heat for two days during this extreme cold snap. They came in after another company had sold me a “service package” and was not honest about the pricing or the actual issue. Joe was knowledgeable, professional, and patient throughout the visit. He clearly explained what the problem was, why it occurred, and how he resolved it, answering all of my questions without rushing or oversimplifying. After my experience with the previous company, his transparency and expertise stood out. HVAC Specialists handled the situation the right way—diagnosing the issue accurately and fixing it efficiently. I confidently recommend them and will be using them going forward.

The experience with the techs alone was great! Guys knew what they was talking about , got right to my needs and will be back. Great choice by far. Experience is priceless !
