I had a great experience. After getting a recommendation to use Maselli from a neighbor, I called them at around 7:45 am because I had no heat. This was the day after a blizzard by the way!! By 11 am, a technician was here and he quickly diagnosed my problem and fixed it. Stevens, the technician, was very polite and efficient. He was also very respectful of my elderly bed bound father who was in the living room, which impressed me. He knew how important it was to get heat back and acted quickly. I was completely satisfied.

Steevens was very professional and knowledgeable. He completed a big service job for me and then came back to installl a Smart Thermostat. The company accommodated my schedule for both visits which was a huge plus for me. Their prices are fair and I will definitely use them again.

I have had an unsolved issue with one of my heating zones for many years. I called several HVAC companies over the last several years and NO ONE was able to solve it. Until now. The technician was great. He listened and took the time to figure it out. I’m thrilled. I’m warm!! Highly recommend. Very reasonably priced, too.

So refreshing how courteous , professional and well this company communicates. I have lived all over the country, and sadly, in NY I find most plumbers have flat-out rude customer service. Several people I contacted simply responded with a one-word text. This company immediately booked an appointment, and treated me with basic courtesy. I received a window they would arrive, and even a photo of the person who would be at my door. 5 stars all the way.

I choose this business because of it's stellar reviews--and now I would like to add one. Steven did a wonderful and thorough job checking my furnace, water heater, etc. to determine that the system was running well and no harmful carbon monoxide was escaping. He didn't push products on me; upselling always turns me off. I so appreciate the prompt response from Maselli Contracting and the good and confident work performed by Steven. Thank you all!
