Working with Hvac Repair St Louis was a very good experience. The technicians knew what they were doing, and didn't stop until my heater was working properly. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and prompt. .

They were horrible. We were treated terribly. We first had them come out to fix our air conditioning. The man showed up a little late. No big deal. He fixed the wrong thing. The unit was still not working. We messaged him to let him know that it wasn't working. He said that he would help us. That we didn't have to go through the company. He told us what we had to search for. When we found the part he said that he was to busy to go get it. So we went and purchased the part ourselves. It took about another week to get him to come out.
