Hyatt Centric Arlington Parking (Propark)

Do not get monthly parking here, or if you do, use SpotHero instead of ProPark. I had monthly parking here for about a year, and had no complaints during that time. However, I moved and cancelled my parking back in June and am STILL being charged the full parking fee every month. I have been in contact with the ProPark management for THREE MONTHS. They have been saying that their team is "working on it" but this is clearly not the case. This is ridiculous, and at this point they have stolen several hundreds of dollars from me. I've tried contacting management at multiple levels and have gotten nothing but silence. If I don't hear anything back in the next week, I will have to cancel my card and contact the Better Business Bureau.

The garage is conveniently located, very close to Rosslyn metro station. I wish the website had the info for the early bird price ($10 for the day, if you get in before 9 am - I got in 15 minutes later than needed and the charge was considerably higher). Other than that, it was easy to find and use, I felt my car was in good hands.

$10 for parking before 9 am. Was happy. Then they charged me $35 for parking 8 hours after 9 am. Changing my 5 stars to 1 star. There was no clear indication of the parking rate. Most places usually have a daily max of like $15. This place does not. Choose Colonial Parking or some other place unless you're an early bird.

The team here is lovely and ready to help whenever needed. We are having trouble activating my monthly card, but the team has been quick to ensure I do not incur additional costs and responds to the call button within a minute.
