Daniel was awesome. He arrived right on time, was neat in appearance and very positive in his manner. He got right to work, and did a complete and thorough job. He was very careful, and made sure to clean up afterward. Danel is a good example of why I always choose Hydde's for HVAC maintenance and repair. I also wanted to say what a wonderful job Frederick and Eli did on a long list of a variety of electrical work. They were both neat in appearance, arrived right on time, and friendly as could be. I especially liked they way they worked as a team, and everythng was done perfectly. They also found an installation error and corrected it. Hyde’s was recommended to us by a friend in our community. We were looking to start an HVAC preventative service as we know how important it is to have AC working in the desert climate. Today we had Fernanda out to perform our first service. She was friendly, courteous, caring, answered all of our questions and did a great job. Keep up the great work!

Hyde's A/C & Heating were very professional and trustworthy. After the they checked our system, they determined it was unsafe and they tried to repair it and avoid to have to replace the system. However, they did advise it was old and could pose risks. They were very fair, gave me a great discount and were able to come and change the whole Heating and A/C unit within 3 days and did it all in one morning. They also provided 1 year of free servicing and great warranty, They were very professional and efficient, helpful and answered all our questions. We highly recommend this family owned business that's been around for over 70 years!

Francisco and company did a good job and were pleasant to work with. However if I had known how dirty of a job this was I would not have done it - or at least known in advance to schedule cleaners immediately afterwards. You may want to warn people who are going to do this in the future.

Taylor took time to explain everything to us. We feel like he is a good representation for Hydes. Clean, polite, explains things, showed us a picture of a problem. He set us up for future maintenance. Having been taken advantage by another company in the past, we were so pleased with Taylor and Hydes. They didn't find a problem where one didn’t exist and didn't price gouge for the service we received. We will trust and rely on Hydes for our future needs.
